Nerja Medina is a two bedroom ground floor apartment, in a small quiet Urbanisation in the town of Nerja, on the Costa Del Sol. Its was built in 2000 and is very close to the centre of the town with all its amenities. Less than 50 metres from the beach it will appeal to both old & young alike.

The lounge has 2 sofas,  a television with a DVD player & Sky Digital UK(All Freesat Channels); a dresser with a large mirror (inside there are some games, books and information about Nerja). The lounge leads out to the patio area. There is a portable heater for use in the winter and Climate controlled Air Conditioning for the summer.

 

 

 

 

 

The sunny terrace has a table and chairs, and two sun beds. It is fairly private and a perfect place for Al fresco dining. It is planted with many local plants and is ideal for just relaxing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The American style kitchen is fully equipped, with a washing machine, oven & hob, microwave Etc. Although with all the fine restaurants nearby it doesn't get a lot of use!

 

 

 

The dining area seats four people and is adjacent to the kitchen

 

There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a large wardrobe with hanging space & drawers shelves etc. There is a double bed and a chest of drawers. The window leads to a small sun terrace, which is ideal for drying clothes. The second bedroom has twin  beds and a chest of drawers

 

The bathroom has a shower cubicle  & a bidet  (No bath)
